Today I went to an amazing Lunchtime Lecture at Woodland Park Zoo (WPZ) on the Tiger Conservation Program Update by Sri Rao from Rimba.
WPZ partners in Malaysia with Panthera, Rainforest Trust, and Rimba to study and protect critically endangered tigers. Sri was an amazing presenter; he not only kept the audience engaged, but managed to inform and shock an already very knowledgeable audience.
Rimba’s website has a lot of information to explore, but there are a few things from Sri’s presentation that I am hoping to still see. Many of the camera trap and other images used are fairly powerful and useful images; I’m still looking and I might email them.
